We find this majestic building hidden among pine trees and ficus. The Manzaneta farm is located in Calle Hernán Cortés 1. This is an important building of the eighteenth century with strong features of the nineteenth century as the result of remodelling, possibly by the architect Enrique Sánchez Sedeño. It was the residence of Mr. Antonio Campos y Domenech and his wife Ms. Juana Carrera Bellón. During the Civil War, it was used as a nursery of the University School Foundation. Its gardens, with numerous ancient trees that are now part of the town’s most beautiful public park, stand out.
