It is located in the district of Santa Faz. It was built in the late nineteenth century by Francisco Fajardo Guardiola. Typologically, it is a residential dwelling. This building complex consists of three attached spaces that belong to different construction stages, the central part corresponding to the initial phase. The structure is the living image of a nineteenth-century Swiss house as it has a very sloping roof and it is decorated with ceramic roof ridges. The extensive garden has been modified.
