In front of the house, we observe a terrace added to the initial structure that breaks the aesthetics of the building complex surrounded by the garden. On the main facade there is an enclosed balcony, located above the main access. The windows are characterized by being vertical and by having white coloured brick moulds; in the window sills there are green tiles, perhaps corresponding to the initial period of construction of the house. The facades are painted in reddish brown.

In the distribution of the interior, we observe a zoning of the rooms; those destined to public-life activities are on the ground floor while the rooms for private life are placed on the upper floor. The staircase is integrated into the building but it is not reflected in the exterior.
